All customized products are non-refundable. Due to their custom nature we are not able to provide refunds.

All sales are final for clearance products. Because of the greatly reduced costs no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

Yes, most products are customizable. You can customize the text, add clipart, or upload your own photo.

Uploaded files must be either a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png

Currently, we do not support customizing a 2nd logo location on any products.

We can not print any designs that have professional sport team logos, trademarked logos, or copyrighted logos.

We do not charge setup fees because our team produces your order using the file(s) or text that you upload to our site. If the image(s) you upload meet or exceed our minimum standards for production, we will use them to produce your order without any further editing, modification, or review by our team.

If the image(s) cannot be used due to poor quality (low resolution, artifacting, etc.) you will be refunded and nothing will be produced by our team.

When you receive your finished product, please note that the design may differ slightly from what you have seen on your screen. Colors may vary from monitor to monitor and from the web to a CMYK print process.

There are no minimum quantities necessary to customize any of our products.
